Basic Herbs for Balance and Well-being

Join clinical herbalists Kate Westdijk and Rachael Keener to explore how daily stressors impact well-being and how herbs can support both mind and body.
This class introduces the concept of wellness as being rooted in healthy sleep, good digestion and supportive relationships with yourself and others. Participants will learn about (and taste!) simple and affordable herbal preparations to nourish themselves and enhance their sense of balance and well-being.
